Support
Something broken, missing or confusing? Email hello@kvv.studio and say which iPhone and which iOS version you are on — and for a bad route, which trip you searched. It is a small studio, so a real person answers.
Common questions
- What do I need to run it?
- An iPhone on iOS 17 or later. MyJeep is iPhone-only; there is no iPad, Mac or Android version.
- Which cities does it cover?
- It is built for Cebu, and that is where it is tested. Routes come from Google's transit data, so anywhere Google knows jeepney and bus routes will return something — but Cebu is the city the app is designed around.
- It cannot find my starting point.
- MyJeep fills the starting point from your location, which needs permission. Open Settings, scroll to MyJeep, and set Location to While Using the App. You can always type a starting point instead — the app works fine without the permission.
- The map is blank or grey.
- The map needs a network connection to load. If you are online and it is still blank, force-quit MyJeep and open it again; if it persists, email us and say which iPhone and which iOS version you are on.
- A route looks wrong, or a jeepney number is not one I know.
- Routes and numbers come from Google's transit data for Cebu, not from a list we maintain, so a wrong or missing route is usually wrong at that source. Tell us anyway — knowing which trip and which number lets us report it, and it tells us where the data is weakest.
- Does it work offline?
- No. Searching a place and finding a route are both live requests, so MyJeep needs a connection. Trips you have already saved stay readable, but a new search will not run.
- How do I delete everything?
- Delete the app. That removes every saved and recent trip it stored. There is no account left behind, because there was never one.
Privacy
MyJeep keeps no account and holds none of your data, but it does send your location and your search text to Google to answer them — the privacy policy sets out exactly what goes where.
